Biography
Rick Pacheco and Joe Lepage began Deja Vu with one thought in mind: "How can we get paid to drink?"

They knew that looks alone weren't enough (see photos) so they buckled down and learned a bunch of songs to play for an unsuspecting public. Enlisting the aid of several guitarists over the years, they have mown a swath of drunken tarts and broken hearts all throughout lower and mid-Southeastern Massachusetts, including parts of the Cape and Islands. But it wasn't always so glorious!

When they began, times were hard. The Civil War had torn the country apart and later, during prohibition, there seemed to them to be no point in going on. But they perservered, eventually signing on a younger and more sober guitar player.

D.C./Virginia guitarist David Telles quickly became their designated driver and go-to guy for aspirin. Yet to this day he must endure snide comments about his stature and who won the Civil freakin' War (hint: the Yankees). He is, however the perfect fit for this band; their musical tastes match, their voices blend superbly and, after all these years, they're still getting paid to drink.
